The health and wellbeing express will be visiting to share information on some of the many health and wellbeing opportunities in your neighbourhood at the following venues:

• Job Centre, station approach on Thursday 29^th February

• Streatham Leisure Centre on Wednesday 6^th March and Gracefield Gardens on Thursday 7^th March.

The service will offer FREE mini health checks (9am – 4pm)
– Cholesterol testing and health advice with a nurse
– Blood pressure tests
– BMI checks (height and weight)
